Web Content Management System
The Content Mangement System (CMS) manages major aspects of Monash University's web presence.
The system manages approximately 500,000 web related files for Monash Authors.
As at the end of December 2006 the system is managing over 233,000 files. During December more than 24,500 changes were processed. Since the introduction of statistical reporting in Sep 04, the system has managed over 459,500 changes to the website.

A mutli-disciplinary team developed the Monash Common Page template which is now in widespread usage across all areas of the University. The team won the Vice Chancellor's award for this achievement in 2005. See the story at http://www.its.monash.edu.au/news/stories/cms-award-2005.html
