Heat is the Service Desk software application currently being used by ITS to manage customer requests and is in use by several faculties and divisions across Monash.

HEAT web interface - Service Desk Online

Service Desk Online is the web interface to Heat.

The main feature of Service Desk Online is the ability for both customers and support staff to create, view and update calls without the need to install an application. Service Desk Online requires a Browser (Internet Explorer 6+ or Firefox 1+ recommended), internet connection and an Authcate account.
