ITS request form. HEAT web interface - Service Desk OnlineService Desk Online is the web interface to Heat. The main feature of Service Desk Online is the ability for both customers and support staff to create, view and update calls without the need to install an application. Service Desk Online requires a Browser (Internet Explorer 6+ or Firefox 1+ recommended), internet connection and an Authcate account. A Service Desk Online userguide is available in pdf (1.34MB).
