What is this service?	Monash provides a suite of messaging and collaboration tools. Accessible solutions are also offered.
Who can use it?	Students - Enrolled coursework students at all Monash University locations. Staff - All Staff at Monash
How do I get it activated?	Students - Any new student with an active Monash Authcate account automatically has an account for student messaging. New students can request an Authcate from computer accounts and passwords page. Staff - All professional and academic staff with an authcate have email. If you are unsure contact the staff service desk. You can check if email is enabled through https://mail.google.com/a/monash.edu/ or via the email tab in the my.monash portal.
How do I use it once it is activated?	You can access mail and collaboration tools through https://mail.google.com/a/monash.edu/ or via the email tab in the my.monash portal.
How much does it cost?	This is a centrally funded service.
