What is this service?

This service provides audio, video and multimedia teleconference services which allow users to connect with one another via the Internet and the global ISDN/PSTN telephone network from meeting rooms, teaching spaces, desktop computers, telephones, videophones and suitable mobile devices and other appliances. |
Who can use it?

Authorised Monash University staff, students and other authorised users at all Monash University locations and externally. |
How do I get it activated?
|
Most service elements do not require activation; equipment and desktop software can be obtained and devices registered by reference to the teleconference services web site.

How do I use it once it is activated?
|
Please refer to the teleconference services web site for locations of facilities, bookings and information about how to make best use of the services.

How much does it cost?
|
This is a centrally funded service. Equipment purchase costs apply. Some calls attract external telecommunications carrier call charges. For charges please contact Video Conference Services.
