What is this service? |
This service is the provision of Processes, Applications and Infrastructure to the University to support ;
- Core Finance Processes
- Point of Sale services
- eCommerce
- Taxation and Treasury
- Secure Data Transfer with external organisations
- Facilitating access to third party applications (e.g. Westpac Corporate Online)

Who can use it? |
Authorised staff at all Monash University locations.

How do I get it activated? |
Training may be required for some of the services offered e.g. access to the system for core finance process will need to complete a training course. Refer to the SAP training page.

How do I use it once it is activated? |
The staff member will need to contact the eSolutions Service Desk to have the software installed on their computer. Alternatively, the software can be downloaded using the application deployment software built into the local machines.

This is a centrally funded service.
